a digital Product Designer

My experience entails translating requirements into engaging interactive experiences that create meaningful product design, by partnering in the creation of personas, user journey maps, information architecture models, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and user research. Leveraging customer empathy, research and design principles to support design decisions, at each stage, I anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

My work is driven by my desire to solve problems, discover & understand new areas of design, to make products usable and delighful. I take pride in my attention to detail and strive for perfection from concept to final product. 

Working as a full stack engineer, I’ve undertaken a wide spectrum of projects. Having designed and developed the products from ground up, I have a firm knowledge of the fundamentals of product design, customer understanding, funnel metrics, translating qualitative and quantitative understanding into actionable insights, and hands-on experience of tech & infrastructure constraints for both web and mobile. I’ve also gained the ability to conceptualise solutions within tight schedules and technical constraints.
From humble startups to softwares used by thousands, I’ve had a blast designing things that people love.

Background story

Following my passion

Design has always been my passion and hobby since my early childhood. Although I studied engineering the traditional way at Thapar University, I learned to design and code on my own out of desire & curiosity.

This curiosity helped me to stay up-to-date from year to year and I’m still learning every single day to ensure I can deliver the most modern and effective solutions. I believe in working hard and smart instead of searching for hacks and shortcuts.

Why design?

As technology progresses things are getting more and more complex. As a designer, I have a special opportunity to make these complex processes simple, delightful and joy to use every day.
Design allows us to differentiate ourselves by showing attention and care about our customers and users. Everybody values design either consciously or unconsciously. This is why I love creating thoughtful, meaningful and polished experiences, which makes both the creators and customers happy.
